AAT Return School Play | SRS Datuk Simon Fung

Aat Returns is SRS Datuk Simon Fung’s 11th Musical Play. The story is about Aat, the aunt of the young Prince Tut. She was banished from Egypt for scheming against the Prince Tut. Here, she wants to claim the throne as the rightful heir. Tut, Tut!, the previous play inspired Ian, a p6 student and it took him 6 months to write a play script of a comeback for Revengeful Aat. It is a 100% original production of SRS Datuk Simon Fung. The play involves more than 600 students, including all the children of the Learning Centre. The play was a total, committed synergy of all teachers, parents and the producer, Puan Winnie. It took us a year to write lyrics, compose music and arrange songs, auditions, selections, practices, the making of costumes and props, recording, tickets selling and a full dress rehearsal.
